Dynamic Cables Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Dynamic Cables Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid up (i.e. 5% of face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The above dividend (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes), if approved/declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
