Monnet Sugar signs agreement to sell assets of sugar mill

Monnet Sugar Ltd has announced that the Company has executed an Agreement to Sell with Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd for the transfer of assets of Sugar Mill of the Company. However, the transfer will be subject to grant of approval by U.P. Government to transfer the land to the said Company and such other approvals required to be obtained from various government agencies.
