Apcotex Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.50

The board of directors of Apcotex Industries Ltd has recommended payment of final dividend @ Rs.5.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2.00/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
