Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL, the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Office of the District Collector, Pali, has issued the Conversion Order in respect of the land parcel on which the Company is developing its proposed 120-room luxury 5-star resort in Jawai, Rajasthan. This marks the completion of a key regulatory approval identified in the Company's earlier disclosure dated March 20, 2026, and clears the path for commencement of construction.
With (i) the Forest No Objection Certificate (disclosed on March 20, 2026), (ii) the Conversion Order, (iii) the Architect, and (iv) the Civil Contractor all now in place, the project has secured the principal land-use approvals and has the full delivery team appointed. The architectural plans for the resort are ready and are being promptly submitted to the relevant building plan approving authority for approval under the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Conversion of Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purpose in Rural Areas) Rules, 2007. Subject to receipt of the building plan approval and other customary statutory clearances, the Company expects to commence construction thereafter.
