Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd receives LOI for 720 nos. of wagons

Titagarh Rail Systems Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) dated March 27, 2026 from JSW Port Logistics Private Limited for the manufacture and supply of 720 nos. of wagons.

The order is valued at ₹226.35 Crores (exclusive of G.S.T).

As per LOI, the contract period is expected to be 6 months from the effective date or commencement of work, subject to final agreement/purchase order.

Shares of Titagarh Rail Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 574.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 596.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 251916 in over 10231 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 591.80 and intraday low of 568.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 145995848.00.
