3i Infotech Inc., USA, a material wholly owned step-down subsidiary of 3i Infotech Ltd has received a purchase order on March 12, 2026, from a new customer who is an international enterprise engaged in providing AI-enabled solutions and services to researchers, publishers, academic institutions, and government research bodies worldwide.

The engagement involves providing AWS Cloud Billing Services under a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model, enabling the client to efficiently manage and optimize its cloud consumption and billing operations. Under this engagement, Company will support the client's cloud operations by delivering cloud billing management services aligned with enterprise cloud consumption requirements. The total value of the purchase order is approximately ₹2.21 crores (exclusive of applicable taxes).
