JSW Dulux Officially Replaces Akzo Nobel India Name

Akzo Nobel India Limited has transitioned to JSW Dulux Limited following issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on March 11, 2026.

Name Change Implementation

The name change, effective immediately, updates the company's Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association throughout. This follows prior disclosures on January 28 and March 3, 2026.

JSW Dulux Limited is now filing required documents with stock exchanges per SEBI Listing Regulations to update records and websites accordingly.

Shares of Akzo Nobel India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2889.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2886.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 534 in over 133 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2913.70 and intraday low of 2850.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1535828.00.
