Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited ("the Company") is pleased to inform all its stakeholders that the Company has successfully commenced operations of its 5 MW Solar Power Project, which has started generating revenue from 7th March 2026.
As earlier disclosed in the Business Chapter of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed by the Company, Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited had been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) to act as a Solar Power Developer (SDP) for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of S MW (AC) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. The scheme has been launched for implementation of feeder level solarisation under Component C of the PM-KUSUM Scheme.
Pursuant to the said LOA, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) shall purchase the electricity generated from the Project, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) executed pursuant to the LOA.
The Company had initiated the process for setting up the 5 MW Solar Power Plant following the award of the LOA. We are pleased to announce that the project has now commenced operations and has begun generating revenue from 7th March 2026.
This milestone marks an important step in the Company's growth strategy and reinforces its commitment towards sustainable energy development and contribution to India's renewable energy initiatives.
