Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has signed a significant contract for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works of a 300 MWac/420 MWp Ground Mount Solar PV Plant. The company received formal intimation of this commercial order on March 10, 2026.
The domestic entity awarding the contract operates in renewable energy power generation, with no involvement from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies, confirming it falls outside related party transactions. Waaree Renewable Technologies will handle full EPC execution, including development of the solar plant, scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28 as per contract terms.
