The Registrar of Companies ("ROC"), Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") has approved the change in name of the Company from "Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited" to "Global Defence Industries Limited" with effect from February 24, 2026.
Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from "Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited" to "Global Defence Industries Limited" with effect from February 24, 2026.
