Lord's Mark Industries Ltd receives LOA from NHAI

Lord's Mark Industries Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Regional Office, Vijayawada.

The details of the project are as under:

- Project Title: Providing Solar Highway Lighting at 104 locations across various sections of NH-16 and NH-216A in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

- Nature of Project: Rectification of MoRT&H identified Blackspots and Accident spots on an item rate (percentage) basis.

- Contract Value: Rs. 11,87,07,152/- (Rupees Eleven Crore Eighty-Seven Lakh Seven Thousand One Hundred and Fifty-Two only).

- Key Terms: The accepted bid is 10.00% below the NHAI estimated cost of Rs. 13,18,96,835/-.

- Compliance Requirement: The company is required to furnish a Performance Security of Rs. 59,35,358/- within 30 days of receipt of the LOA.

The duplicate copy of the LOA will be signed and returned to NHAI within 7 days as an acknowledgement.
