GNFC to strengthen Ammonium Nitrate market with new plant based on INCRO technology

Subsequent to the Board approval in its meeting held on November 12, 2025 for installation of Ammonium Nitrate - II plant of 480 MTPD capacity, i.e. 1,63,200 MTPA, GNFC had entered in to Contract with Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (Toyo) for supply of Ammonium Nitrate - II plant on LEPC basis. Toyo had tie-up with INCRO, S. A., Spain for supply of Process knowhow and License for Ammonium Nitrate - II plant.

We are delighted to further strengthen our market presence for Ammonium Nitrate in India by installation of new plant based on INCRO technology. At present, we are also operating Ammonium Nitrate plant. This plant will enhance the capacity of GNFC by ~94% and fulfill the downstream requirement to support Make in India Campaign with commitment to environment conservations.

Shares of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 489.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 488.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9433 in over 345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 494.95 and intraday low of 488.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4641707.00.
