Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd announces shutdown of LAB plant for capacity expansion

Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited has announced that the expansion activities of Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) Plant from the existing capacity of 120 KTPA to 145 KTPA are in the final stages of completion. To augment the capacity and complete other expansion related activities, the shutdown of LAB plant is planned for a period of about 8 to 9 weeks commencing from today, 11th December 2025.

Shares of Tamilnadu PetroProducts Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 105.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13327 in over 267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 106.80 and intraday low of 105.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1410031.00.
