Shiva Cement Board approves issue of 1,50,00,000 warrants

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2006, has approved the allotment of 1,50,00,000 Nos. Equity share warrants to Promoters, Directors, their relatives and domestic strategic investors.
