Cybele Industries Ltd has sold land for Rs. 13.10 crore

Pursuant to the resolution passed by the Shareholders of Cybele Industries Ltd under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 through Remote E-Voting by way of Postal Ballot dated 12th June 2024, the Company has effected the sale of land properties (non-core assets) situated at Chinnaobalapuram Village, Gummidipoondi taluk, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu State.

The buyer is SVARJITE PROPERTIES LLP a Limited Liability Partnership Firm and the consideration received from the sale is Rs. 13,10,17,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Ten Lakhs and Seventeen Thousand Only)

Shares of CYBELE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 37.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2208 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.98 and intraday low of 37.98. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83859.00.
