Orchid Pharma Ltd completes purchase of assets of Allecra Therapeutics GmbH

After completion of all the conditions precedent, the closing of the transaction i.e., Purchase of Assets of Allecra Therapeutics GmbH has been successfully completed on October 29, 2025.

Following the completion, Orchid Pharma Limited ("Orchid") is now the complete owner of all intellectual property and commercial contracts of Allecra.

Shares of Orchid Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 709.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 714.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 896 in over 67 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 713.65 and intraday low of 707.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 637404.00.
