DataTech NBFC UGRO Capital Limited reported robust consolidated results for Q3 & 9M FY26 ended December 31, 2025, with AUM surging 40% YoY to ₹15,454 crore. PAT grew 23% YoY to ₹46.3 crore in Q3 (+7% QoQ), driven by high-yield MSME lending in Emerging Markets and Embedded Finance.
Net disbursements climbed 24% QoQ to ₹2,217 crore (+6% YoY), 9M at ₹5,605 crore (+7% YoY). Total income rose 32% YoY to ₹506 crore in Q3. Net total income ₹260 crore (+7% QoQ), operating expenses ₹151 crore (+10% QoQ).
Key Verticals:
- Embedded Finance (MSL): AUM ₹1,798 Cr in 5 quarters, serving 1.85L+ customers via PhonePe, BharatPe.
- Emerging Markets: ₹3,199 Cr AUM (~21% total), 300+ branches.

UGRO delivered PAT of INR 46.3 crore in Q3'FY26 and INR 123.7 crore in 9M'FY26, reflecting continued operating performance while prioritising credit quality and stable collections. Net Total Income stood at INR 259.7 crore in Q3'FY26. Asset quality remained stable with GNPA of 2.2% and NNPA of 1.4%, supported by prudent provisioning (PCR 45%) and a robust collections architecture.
