Twenty First Century Printers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2008, inter alia, has discussed and dropped the matter regarding consideration of issue of 3,50,000 Warrants to the Promoters / Promoters Group Companies on preferential allotment basis.
