Repro India Limited enters into settlement agreement of Strike at Mahape Plant

Repro India Limited has entered into a Settlement Agreement dated October 13, 2025, with the Dharmarajya Kamgar Karmachari Mahasangh, the union representing the workers of the Company's Mahape Plant.

Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, full and final settlement payments have been made to the concerned workers, the long-standing industrial dispute stands resolved; all related legal proceedings and cases filed by or on behalf of the union and workers shall be withdrawn and the parties have agreed to take all necessary steps to restore normalcy.

This settlement marks the closure of the strike related matter which had been ongoing since 2017.

Shares of Repro India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 480.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 490.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 238 in over 39 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 487.50 and intraday low of 476.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 115339.00.
