Alchemist Realty approves allotment of 1850000 shares

Alchemist Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 1850000 Bonus Shares of the face value of Rs 2/- each to M/s. KDS Corporation Pvt Ltd earlier kept in abeyance due to non-conversion of Convertible Warrants into equity shares at the time of Bonus Issue. The above Bonus Shares have been kept in abeyance as per approval of Shareholders obtained in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on January 10, 2008.
