Patel Chem Specialities Ltd inks agreement with J&H Pharma Consultants

Today on 22nd September, 2025 The PATEL CHEM SPECIALITIES LIMITED has executed an INDEPENDENT TURNKEY PROJECT SERVICE AGREEMENT with M/s J & H Pharma Consultants (CONSULTANT) for the Indrad Plant Located at Survey no. 68 (old block/Survey No.44 Paikee 1 Paikee 1 adm. 15885 Sq. Meter) and Block/ Survey No. 91 (old block/Survey No.44 Paikee 1 Paikee 2 adm. 7088 Sq. Meter) (the "Property") at Mouje Village, Taluka Talod;, for the total consideration of Rs 45,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty-Five Crores Only).

The M/s J & H Pharma Consultants (CONSULTANT) is responsible for designing, engineering, procuring, constructing, and testing the project, and then handing it over to the PATEL CHEM SPECIALITIES LIMITED in a fully operational condition.

Shares of Patel Chem Specialities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 107.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.08. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20800 in over 13 trades.
