Tembo Global Industries' Subsidiary Signs NDA with Defence PSU for Collaboration

Tembo Global Industries Limited (NSE: TEMBO) today announced that its subsidiary, Tembo Classic Engineering Private Limited (formerly known as Tembo Defence Products Private Limited), has entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) engaged in defence production in India.
The agreement marks a strategic step towards exploring potential collaboration opportunities in the indigenous design, development, and manufacturing of engineering products for defence applications, in line with the evolving requirements of the Government of India.
This development underscores Tembo Group's continued focus on strengthening its footprint in the high-growth defence and engineering sectors, while aligning with the Government's Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative aimed at boosting self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
The arrangement is exploratory in nature and has been undertaken to facilitate discussions, technical evaluations, and the exchange of relevant information between the parties. It does not constitute a binding agreement for any business transaction or partnership. There can be no assurance at this stage that the discussions will lead to any definitive agreement or commercial engagement.
Commenting on the development, Sanjay J.
