SHREE HARI CHEMICALS EXPORT LIMITED has made investment of Rs. 4,94,99,990/- (Rupees Four Crore Ninety-Four Lakh NinetyNine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Only) in the Equity Shares of the Shakambhari Dyechem Private Limited ('SDPL'), the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company by way of subscription to rights issue of SDPL.

The Company has received an intimation from SDPL, that the Company has been allotted 49,49,999 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on Rights Basis at par on March 23, 2026.
