Seamec Ltd enters into addendum for exsiting agreemebnt with Posh India Offshore Pvt Ltd

Seamec Ltd has entered into an Addendum 01 dated 16th September 2025 to the Subcontract Agreement dated 20th March 2025 with M/s. Posh India Offshore Private Limited for carrying out additional installation activities Riser Clamps, Bow String and other installation works in Pipeline Replacement Project VIII (PRP-VIII Gr. B) and Daman Upside Development Project (DUDP) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) on unit rate basis.

The total value of the Addendum 01 at the maximum indicated quantity of additional scope of work shall be approximately USD 3.14 million exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 936.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 961.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3906 in over 566 trades.
