Parsvnath Developers Limited, one of the India‟s leading Real Estate and Infrastructures Companies, is developing through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Parsvnath Landmark Developers Private Limited, a Group Housing Project viz. Parsvnath La Tropicana.

The Project is spread over 16.82 acre land and situated in the prime location of Delhi at Magzine Road, Civil Lines with seamless connectivity to essential amenities and major commercial and residential centers and is having Total 505 Flats out of which fit-outs of 353 Flats have already been offered.

Phase-I has 7 Towers with 169 Flats and Phase-II has 9 Towers with 180 Flats aggregating to total 349 Flats in both Phases. Fit-outs of all the Flats of Phase-I and most of the Flats of Phase-II have already been offered.

Phase-III is having 5 Towers with 156 Flats. Fit-outs of one Tower having 22 Flats have been offered. Construction work of the remaining 4 Towers is in full swing and the fit-out of the same is expected to be offered within this calendar year 2025.

The Project (Phase I Towers) has received Fire Safety Certificate on 9th September 2025 from the Department of Delhi Fire Services.

Shares of Parsvnath Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.93. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51196 in over 247 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.57 and intraday low of 12.31. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 652416.00.
