Solarium Green Energy Ltd receives LOA of approx. Rs. 3.63 crore

Solarium Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award ("LOA") of approximately ₹ 3,63,75,265/- (Rupees Three Crore Sixty-Three Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Five Only) exclusive of GST, from Numaligarh Refinery Limited ("NRL") dated 12th September 2025 for the Rate Contract for EPC of Grid Connected Rooftop Solar PV Projects at various locations under categories (51-200 kW) & (201-1000 kW), namely:

- 140 kW Rooftop Solar Project at NRL Assam
- 760 kW Rooftop Solar Project at NRL Assam and
- 280 kW Rooftop Solar Project at NRL WB.

Shares of Solarium Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 374.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 376.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12600 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 376.00 and intraday low of 368.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4685220.00.
