Som Datt Finance Corporation Ltd allots 70,05,579 shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited has, at its meeting held today, i.e., July 15, 2025, approved the allotment of 70,05,579 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each on a rights basis, at an issue price of ₹70/- (including a share premium of ₹60/- per Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased:

- From: ₹10,00,79,700 (comprising 1,00,07,970 equity shares of ₹10/- each)
- To: ₹17,01,35,490 (comprising 1,70,13,549 equity shares of ₹10/- each)
