WeWork India Leases 81,166 Sq Ft Bengaluru Space for Capacity Expansion

WeWork India Management Limited entered a lease deed for 81,166 square feet in Bengaluru, adding approximately 1,256 desks to operational capacity.

Capacity Enhancement Details

Current capacity stands at 1,21,638 desks with 83.90% utilization as of December 31, 2025. New space requires approx. Rs 31 crore investment via internal accruals/debt, operational by May 2026 to meet demand growth.

The addition supports business expansion in key market.
