Solarium Green Energy Ltd enters into Regional Partner agreement with WattPower Systems Pvt Ltd

Solarium Green Energy Limited ("Regional Partner") has entered into a Regional Partner Agreement with WattPower Systems Private Limited ("Value Added Partner") on June 12, 2025. The agreement appoints Solarium Green Energy Limited as a Regional Partner for the West Market, covering Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, for the purpose of marketing, selling, and reselling WattPower's inverters and related services.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a formal business relationship between Solarium Green Energy Limited, as the Regional Partner, and WattPower Systems Private Limited, as the Value Added Partner, for the states of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. This collaboration is aimed at supporting mutual growth and expanding market presence in the designated regions.

Under this Agreement, Solarium Green Energy Limited is authorized to purchase and resell WattPower's inverters and related services to customers and resellers within the assigned territory.
