IRIS RegTech Solutions Ltd announces extension of engagement by Xpert Decisions Systems Pty Ltd

IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited (Formerly known as IRIS Business Services Limited) has received formal confirmation from Xpert Decisions Systems (Pty) Ltd, our South African partner regarding the extension of our existing engagement for the software solution implemented for the South African Reserve Bank.

The extended arrangement covers the continued implementation and support of the CODI deposit insurance solution.

Shares of IRIS RegTech Solutions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 310.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 305.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 336 in over 91 trades.
