Agribio Spirits Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Agribio Spirits Limited (Formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited) at its meeting held on 30th May, 2025 has, approved and recommended a final dividend of 2.5% i.e. Rs. 0.25/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Final Dividend, if declared by members, will be paid to those members whose names appears in the register of members as on the record date, within 30 days from the date of 50th Annual General Meeting. The record date for the dividend will be announced in due course.

Shares of Agribio Spirits Limited (Formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited) was last trading in BSE at Rs. 195.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30096 in over 95 trades.
