Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of ₹ 3/- per Equity Share (@ 30% on a face value of ₹ 10/- per share) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), and will be dispatched/ credited within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing AGM.
