Coal India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.15

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd in its meeting held today had recommended payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 @ Rs. 5.15/- per share of the face value of Rs 10/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL in its meeting held on date subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM. The Record Date for Final Dividend would be fixed and intimated in due course.

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 383.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 378.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 499910 in over 11092 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 387.10 and intraday low of 370.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 190419442.00.
