Fire Incident at Bhageria Industries Limited's plant

There was a fire incident in the plant (30MW Solar Project) located at Village - Kombhalne, Taluka - Akole, on May 5, 2025. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and no injuries or loss of life have been reported.

The Company is in the process of assessing the actual damage caused by the fire. We also confirm that the plant is adequately insured, and the Insurance Company has been duly informed. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Shares of Bhageria Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 154.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 128 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154.50 and intraday low of 151.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19686.00.
