Marico Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Marico Ltd has recommended final equity dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 7.00/- per equity share of Re. 1 each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend shall be Friday, August 1, 2025. The said dividend, if approved by shareholders will be paid on or before Sunday, September 7, 2025. Together with the interim dividend of Rs 3.50/- per equity share declared on January 31, 2025, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, amounts to Rs. 10.50/- per equity share of Re 1 each.

Shares of Marico Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 697.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 710.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19191 in over 1172 trades.
