Bajaj Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 44

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd have recommended Final Dividend on equity shares at the rate of Rs. 44 per share (2200%) of face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or about 28 July 2025.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, has been fixed as 30 May 2025.
