Atishay Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Atishay Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2025 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Shares i.e. (10%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved and fixed Tuesday, June 03, 2025 as record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members for payment of the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 174.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 172.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19597 in over 217 trades.
