Endurance Technologies Ltd to set up new manufacturing facility

Endurance Technologies Limited is setting up a new manufacturing facility for which a capex outlay of ~Rs. 473 million is envisaged. The plant is being set up by the Company at Mindewadi, Taluka Maval, District Pune, Maharashtra to manufacture Lithium Ion Battery Packs of various configurations suitable for mobility applications and for battery energy storage systems for other applications.

The Company is setting up the manufacturing facility and launching the Battery Packs as a new product line for mobility, energy storage and other applications to meet the growing demand in those sectors. The new product launch extends the product offering of the Company which is currently served by its subsidiary, Maxwell Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., which designs, develops and supplies robust battery management systems for various applications.

This is a strategic initiative by the Company and is an important commitment to include in its portfolio, products promoting sustainability in mobility and other applications.

Shares of Endurance Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1893.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1910.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2356 in over 599 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1941.85 and intraday low of 1882.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4491631.00.
