ACME Solar Holdings Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of ACME Solar Holdings Limited in its meeting held today i.e., Friday, April 25, 2025, has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 0.20 per Equity Share of the Company (i.e. 10% of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of equity share) for the period ended December 31, 2024.

The Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend declared by the Board for the period ended December 31, 2024, has been fixed as Friday, May 2, 2025. The Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
