The board of directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd have approved the recommendation of final dividend of INR 11 per equity share of INR 2 each (face value) i.e. 550%, for financial year ended on March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Company will inform the record date for the said purpose, in due course.
