The Board of Directors ("Board") of Mold-Tek Packaging Limited at its meeting held today i.e. April 25, 2025, have, declared an Interim Dividend of ₹ 2 /- (Rupees two only) per equity share (40 %) for the Financial Year 2024-25.
The Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of members for payment of interim dividend shall be Friday, May 02, 2025.
