Vascon Engineers Ltd receives Letter of Intent from Yucca Promoters LLP, Pune

Vascon Engineers Limited has received Letter of Intent amounting to Rs. 85.43 Crores [Eighty-Five Crores and Forty-Three Lakhs (including GST)] from Yucca Promoters LLP for "Construction of Commercial Building (including Excavation and Backfilling) Pune". The work has been awarded on 'lumpsum Basis'.

The work has to be completed within 3 years from the acceptance of Letter of Intent.

Shares of Vascon Engineers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 41.42 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 127905 in over 990 trades.
