Tata Communications Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Tata Communications Limited recommended a final dividend of ₹25.00 per share [250%] (face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to eligible shareholders thereafter.
