Anant Raj Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.73

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. April 21, 2025, have, considered and recommended a final dividend@ 36.50% i.e. Re. 0.73 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2024-25, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
