Shilchar Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.50

The Board of Directors of Shilchar Technologies Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. Monday, 21st April, 2025, which commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 02:15 P.M., has recommended a final dividend @ 125 % i.e. Rs. 12.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for Financial Year 2024-2025.
