Auro Laboratories Limited ("the Company") has entered into Agreement of Hypothecation of Movables ("Agreement") with Indian Bank Limited ("the Bank").

The size of agreement is Rs. 1.80 Cr.

The security includes Goods, produce, Merchandise, Stock stored or to be stored from time to time in premises at K-56, MIDC, Tarapur Industrial Area, Thane, Maharashtra - 401 506.
