Angel One Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 26

The Board of Directors of Angel One Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. April 16, 2025 at the venue: Maple Conference Room, 6th Floor, Ackruti Star, Central Road, MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093 which commenced at 3:30 p.m. and concluded at 07.40 p.m., have approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 26/- per equity share (i.e. for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM.

Shares of Angel One Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2352.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2319.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107522 in over 7836 trades.
