Godrej Consumer Products Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd have declared an interim dividend @ Rs. 5/- per share (500 % on equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record Date for ascertaining the names of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the said dividend is Friday, January 30, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before Sunday, February 22, 2026.
