Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited at its meeting held on 23rd January 2026 has declared second Interim Dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each i.e. 100% for the financial year 2025-26. It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 21st February 2026.

The Board of Directors has fixed Monday, 2nd February 2026 as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the second Interim Dividend.
