TCM Ltd enters into lease agreement for commercial space

TCM Ltd has entered into a lease agreement for an extended period of 8 years and 11 months on 11 April 2025 as a lessor of our commercial space built up area of 11,382 Sq Ft and carpet area of 10,168 Sq Ft of our Hi-Lite building, Maradu, Ernakulam with M/s Indus Towers Limited, Ernakulam for the setting up of their Circle office.

Shares of TCM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 41.68 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.21. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2169 in over 42 trades.
